DIP SW 1 (SW1~3) define the auto/forced port mode of Port 3, while DIP SW 2 (SW1~3) define the auto/forced mode of Port

Use DIP SW1 (SW5) to select between 4 port switch mode and Port VLAN mode (dual converter). When this mode is selected,
