5.3 System Configuration

System Configuration the menu includes the following selections.

System Information Configuration (name, location, contact, time settings)

Device Networking Configuration (device IP, netmask, and gateway)

User Account Management (assign users to one of three management groups)

SNMP Agent Configuration (configure SNMP managers, community strings, traps)

Software Upgrade Configuration (set upgrade server, upgrade image file)

Software Upgrade and Reboot Operation (perform local and/or remote upgrade and reboot)

Network Time Synchronization (setup NTP)

Scheduling Job Management (manage CRON operations)

Networking Service Management (enable/disable SNMP, Telnet, FTP services)

Network Troubleshooting Operation (Ping testing)

LCD Login Configuration (LCD password)

Event parameter Management (view/clear event log)

System Profile Management (configuration saving, factory reset, profile manager)

Press [F1] function key to select item 1 ~ item d, and use the up or down key to shift the items. Please select

the item or [ESC] to previous menu.
