1 UDP Extended Mode
2 Set UDP address to be sent
<IP address> A string parameter (string should be included in quotation
marks) which indicates remote IP address
<port> Remote port

This Command is used to set UDP extended mode, for single IP connection
(+CIPMUX=0)
