OmniDrive USB2 LF/SD 8-Bit is an external drive for a lot of
Memory Cards. For this the device provides 2 separate slots:
f PC Card Interface especially for access to Linear Flash
and SRAM Cards (-bit-only)
f SD Card Interface for direct access to Secure Digital
Cards, Secure Digital High Capacity Cards, MultiMedia-
Cards and SIEMENS Micro Memory Cards for SIMATIC®
(system-dependent)
The compact aluminium casing oers perfect protection
for device and card. The power supply comes from the
USB port itself. In addition, if necessary, also by means
of an AC adapter.

Support of CSM sotware tools
OmniDrive USB2 LF/SD 8-Bit is a CSM Professional Drive.
It was developed to use Linear Flash Cards with pure
8-bit data transfer bus. CSM‘s own device drivers allow
to use the well-tried CSM Professional Sotware Tools.
The Windows tool PC Card Manager oers extensive
possibili ties for access to Memory Cards:
f Flexible formatter utility
f Hex Editor and Binary Copy Utility
f Linear Flash Erase Utility
The universal CSM programming interface (API) oers
direct access to Memory Cards by DLL from own customized
Windows applications. For this the CSM PC Card SDK (Sot-
ware Development Kit) is available as an additional product.
