If you want to know the current mode, press “FNC” key “6” than “5”.

u User Programmable Codes
There are
43 user programmable codes used for data
preservation and security purposes. The fact that they are “User
programma-ble” allows the user to change these numbers,
customize the system and further the security benefits.
To change a code from the factory setting or previously
modified setting, press the FUNCTION key “FNC”,”#”,”5”,
and enter the number of the corresponding mode you wish
modified (refer to “mode #” in the table below). The mode
name will appear in the display followed by the letter “P”.
At this point enter the factory setting or previously modified
Setting. The letter “n” will replace the “P” in the display
panel at which time you may enter your newly contrived 2 or
3 digit code. Press the S
TOEND key “STOEND” to save
your newly entered code. Upon saving the code the unit
displays "code changed" until any key is pressed. releases
the mode and the display will he cleared.
üü To correct an error made while entering keys, press the END
key “END” and repeat the process from the beginning.

When contriving a 3 digit code, any 3 digits are
acceptable except 911, 000, 119 and the 3 digit
emergency number registered in the NAM.

Always keep a record of any modified code numbers.
They will be necessary to access corresponding
features or to reenter new codes.
