By means of the LD 300 leakages can be detected in the ultrasonic range even from distances of several meters. LD 300 transforms the inaudible signals into a frequency which can be identified by means of the provided sound-proof headset. In depressurized systems an ultrasonic tone generator can be used of which the signal travels through smallest openings.
