You will need 5 -Candelabra Base Bulb
40 Watts Recommended 60 Watts Max.
USE LED BULBS FOR EXTENDED USE
1.Do a complete inventory of all
parts and components before you
start installation.
2.Install the backplate onto the
outlet box, by securing it with the
ball nuts.
3.Place the candle sleeve onto the
socket, and insert recommended
bulb (not included).
4.Dress the fixture with capiz shells
“A”and “B” as illustrated.

How to install the mounting
plate
1.Put the mounting plate over the
outlet box and mark the two
points on the wall at the center of
key holes.
2.Drill the holes at the marked
points and insert the wall anchor
inside the hole drilled.
3.Place the mounting plate over the
outlet box and secure it with the
machine screws, insert the wall
anchor screws inside the wall
anchors in the wall and tighten it.
