SECTION 3: COMPOSITION/INFORMATION ON INGREDIENTS

Note: The balance of the ingredients are not classied as hazardous, or are below the classication threshold under the criteria of the Federal OSHA Hazard Communi-
cation Standard 29 CFR 1910.1200.
SECTION 4: FIRST AID MEASURES
INGESTION: Consult a physician. If conscious, rinse mouth and administer fresh water. Do NOT induce
vomiting. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES give anything by mouth to an unconscious person.
INHALATION: If inhaled: Move the person to fresh air immediately. Consult with a physician in case of
respiratory symptoms.
SKIN CONTACT: Remove contaminated shoes, socks and clothing. Wash the aected skin with running
water. Wash clothing before reuse.
EYE CONTACT: Immediately ush with plenty of cool running water. Remove contact lenses. Continue
ushing for at least 15 minutes, holding eyelids apart to ensure rinsing of the entire eye.
Call a physician immediately.
MOST IMPORTANT SYMPTOMS AND EFFECTS, BOTH
ACUTE AND DELAYED: Harmful if swallowed. Causes serious eye damage.
INDICATION OF ANY IMMEDIATE MEDICAL ATTENTION
AND SPECIAL TREATMENT NEEDED: If any symptoms are observed, contact a physician and give them this SDS sheet.
SECTION 5: FIRE FIGHTING MEASURES
SUITABLE EXTINGUISHING MEDIA: Use carbon dioxide, dry chemical powder or appropriate foam to extinguish.
UNSUITABLE EXTINGUISHING MEDIA: Do not use water jet.
SPECIFIC HAZARDS ARISING FROM THE CHEMICAL: Oxidizing substances cause exothermic reactions with organic materials. Product is not
ammable and can be quickly diluted with clean water.
HAZARDOUS COMBUSTION PRODUCTS: Carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, sodium oxides
PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT AND PRECAUTIONS
FOR FIREFIGHTERS: Full protective clothing and NIOSH-approved self-contained breathing apparatus should
be worn. Use water to cool exposed containers.
SECTION 6: ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURES
PERSONAL PRECAUTIONS, PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT AND EMERGENCY PROCEDURES:
PERSONAL PRECAUTIONS: Exercise appropriate precautions to minimize direct contact with skin or eyes and prevent
inhalation of dusts. Wear appropriate protective equipment, such as respirator with
proper particulate lters, gloves, goggles and protective clothing, as conditions warrant
(see Section 8). See Sections 2 and 7 for additional information on hazards and
precautionary measures.
ENVIRONMENTAL PRECAUTIONS: Stop spill/release if it can be done safely. Prevent spilled material from entering sewers,
storm drains, other unauthorized drainage systems, and natural waterways. If spill occurs
on water notify appropriate authorities and advise shipping of any hazard.
METHODS AND MATERIAL FOR CONTAINMENT
AND CLEANING UP: Collect the product with suitable means, shovel, and sweep, avoiding dust formation.
Place in container for disposal according to local regulations (see section 13). Keep in
suitable, closed containers for disposal.
