2.02 AUDIO MIXERS
A. 6-port audio mixer
1. Mixer shall provide 6 differential balanced mic/line inputs and 1 auxiliary line input.
2. Each input shall include a rotary level control, LED peak indicator, high pass filter
switch, and a patch insert/direct output jack on a TRS 1/4 inch phone connector.
3. Mixer main output shall be electronically balanced on pullout in barrier strip
connectors.
4. Output shall include treble and bass tone controls with a rear panel bypass switch.
5. Each mixer shall have a stack input and slave switch to allow the linking of multiple
mixers.
6. Mixer shall be rack mounted.
7. Mixer shall be Biamp # 601.
B. Stereo Mic Mixer.
1. Shall provide form mixing of stereo inputs to stereo output for recording
2. Frequency Response (Ref 1 kHz, channel and master controls centered)
3. MIC/LINE Inputs: 150 Hz to 20 kHz +/- 2 Db; AUX Inputs: 20 Hz to 20 kHz +/- 2 dB
4. Low-Cut Filter (Microphone inputs only); 3dB down at 80 Hz, 6 dB/octave
5. Inputs: XLR, Line, Stereo
6. Outputs: XLR, Line, Aux
7. Phantom power for mics.
8. Mixer shall be Shure #SCM262 or equal.
C. Rack Mounted Mixer
1. The rack mounted mixer shall be equipped to be the main mixer in the audio system.
2. Shall allow multiple inputs and outputs to support numerous different connection
options.
3. Mixer shall support:
a. 4 studio-grade XDR2™ Extended Dynamic Range mic preamps with:
A) - Ultra-wide 60dB gain range
B) - 130dB dynamic range
C) - +22dBu line input handling
D) - Extended low frequency response
E) - Distortion under 0.0007% (20Hz - 20kHz)
F) - Phantom power for studio condenser mics
b. 12 high-headroom line inputs
c. Advanced DC pulse transformer RF rejection
d. 2 Aux sends, level, pan and PFL solo on each channel
e. 2 stereo Aux returns + EFX to Monitor
f. 3-Band Active EQ (80Hz, 2.5kHz, 12kHz)
g. 18dB/oct. 75Hz Lo-Cut filter on Mic input channels

2.03 AUDIO PROCESSORS
A. Two Channel, Multi-Function Signal Processor
1. The device shall provide two balanced line-level inputs and two balanced line-level
outputs. The inputs shall be 100% controllable via software, including gains.
2. The signal processing configuration shall be 100% user programmable under the
Windows® XP operating system or Apple MAC system. Software shall be
downloadable via a rear panel, industry-standard, Ethernet 10Base-T control port.
3. The signal processing algorithms shall include but not be limited to:
a. Input & output gains with meters.
