The MCACC (Multi-Channel Acoustic Calibration System) Set-up, jointly developed with
world-renowned AIR Studios, situated in London, is a user-friendly soundfield adjustment
system, which enables you to replicate the sound and feel of a movie sound studio at
home. Pioneer’s revolutionary Automatic MCACC technology does all of this
automatically, analysing your speaker settings and room acoustics by means of a
calibration microphone. Plug it in, and it does the necessary analysis, making the required
adjustments. The end result: high-quality surround sound perfectly calibrated to your
room in a matter of minutes.
