Superb sound for serious listeners!
• LSi Series Speakers
In short, these LSi models perform better than any Polks we’ve ever
heard. You’ll be blown away! Here’s what they bring you:
• Vivid, extended highs for sound that breathes, courtesy of
Polk’s star player, the Ring Radiator tweeter (see box below).
• Gorgeously lifelike vocal and midrange performance, thanks
to aerated polypropylene driver cones and ARC Port design.
• Deep, realistic bass response from Polk’s famous Power Port
technology teamed with Dynamic Balance woofers.
• Natural, transparent audio reproduction, due to sturdy,
over-built cabinets that eliminate unfriendly resonances.
If you’ve been dreaming of audiophile-quality sound, now’s your
chance. The LSi Series brings remarkable performance!
Polk • LSi7 Bookshelf speakers
It appears to be an ordinary bookshelf speaker,
but once it’s connected to your receiver, the
LSi7 is revealed as a master of pristine audio
reproduction! Few compact speakers can deliver
such sophisticated, incredibly alive sound.
Rather than use top technologies and designs
in their tower models only, Polk applies them
throughout the LSi Series. The LSi7 teams a 5

aerated polypropylene Dynamic Balance driver
with an ARC port for lush, richly textured vocals
and mids, while a Power Port supports satisfying, precise bass. The 1" Ring Radiator
tweeter delivers incredibly detailed highs (see purple inset box for details).
The LSi7s are also great for home theater — use them as main speakers in a
small room, or as surrounds in a larger one. Other details: low-diffraction grilles for
spacious imaging, two pairs of binding posts, sturdy construction. Recommended
center: LSiC (below); surrounds: LSiFX (below left).

• LSi9 Step up to even richer sound!
Polk’s LSi9 speakers are a marvelous way to enjoy
incredibly open, beautifully full, and above all, natural
sound from a compact cabinet. At last, music lovers don’t
need to fill their room with tower speakers! The LSi9 features the same 1" Ring
Radiator tweeter as the LSi7 and steps up to dual 5

Polk • LSi15 Tower speakers
Let’s start with critical appreciation:
Anthony Cordesman (The Absolute
Sound, Apr./May ’02) writes, “The
LSi15 has an extraordinary mix of
treble and midrange performance
for the price. The upper octaves are
among the smoothest and most
detailed at all levels of dynamics
that I have heard; they certainly out-
perform most speakers costing more
than twice as much.” It’s no wonder
this tower won The Absolute Sound’s
coveted Golden Ear award for 2002!
A big part of the LSi15’s sweet
audiophile-quality sound is the
1" Ring Radiator tweeter. This light,
extremely responsive tweeter won’t
color your music — your highs
sound as close as possible to the
original. The LSi15 also offers two
5

" aerated polypropylene Dynamic Balance mid/bass drivers, along
with ARC Port technology — vocals and midrange have never
sounded so real. The 8" Dynamic Balance woofer and Power Port
venting deliver accurate, room-filling bass that goes all the way down
to 32 Hz. And a superb cabinet design helps eliminate resonances.
Whether you’re enjoying an intricate jazz piece, or the simple
purity of a solo vocalist, the LSi15 will astonish you. And with all that
sonic richness and precision, they also make formidable front left
and right speakers in a home theater system! Recommended center:
LSiC (below right); surrounds: LSi7, LSi9 (right), or LSiFX (below).
Specs:
video-shielded • bass-reflex • frequency response 32-26,000 Hz (–3dB) • 4-ohm

• LSi25 Tightly defined bass
If you “really want deep bass, want a speaker
for music and
home theater purposes, or want
maximum dynamic range for orchestral, jazz,
and rock, go with the LSi25,” asserts Anthony
Cordesman (The Absolute Sound, Apr./May
’02). The LSi25 offers the same tweeter and
mid/bass drivers as the LSi15, but adds a
10" Dynamic Balance woofer with a b
uilt-in
150-watt RMS amp in each tower — bass is
fuller, louder, and more responsive.
LSi25 step-ups from LSi15:
frequency response 30-26,000 Hz (–3dB) • handles up to
300 watts • 150-watt RMS amp per enclosure with auto on/off • independent subwoofer

Polk • LSiC Center channel speaker
When it comes to home theater sound,
a center channel speaker has a big job!
It’s responsible for most dialogue and
on-screen effects in a movie soundtrack
— and carries the burden of vocals and
instruments in multichannel music.
The LSiC is prepared for the job, boasting two 5
