20.3. EFFECT 2.
This corresponds to the FX2 section of the control panel. The choice is between Stereo Chorus, Stereo Phaser, Stereo Flanger and Delay.
The DEPTH and RATE parameters are common to all effects in this section, with the exception that when the Delay is used this is
actually the TIME parameter. The Phaser and the Delay effects have further parameters that are explained in the following sections.
20.4. PHASER.
Here you can choose the number of phasing stages, 2, 4, 6 or 8 stages, the LFO offset and the amount of feedback. This allows you to
emulate a wide range of existing phaser effects.
20.5. DELAY.
When the Delay effect is selected, the DEPTH parameter varies both the delay feedback and level at the same time. This section allows
to establish the maximum amount of feedback and level that can be varied by the DEPTH parameter. Plus, the STEREO SPREAD
parameter allows to separate the reflections on the left and right channels until a ping-pong delay effect is obtained.
20.6. AMP SIMULATOR.
This section emulates a number of well known guitar and bass amplifiers, each with its passive 3-way equalizer and overdrive. The
choice is among a TWIN, an AC30, a JCM, a JAZZ CHORUS (sans the chorus!), and a BASS amp. The knob on the panel adjusts the
amount of overdrive.
