If you have the IP scheme set incorrectly on your PC, then you will get
the following:

ping

through to the printer.

Determine if the printer is actually receiving data from the workstation. The printer can
still be receiving data, even though nothing prints. Before following the instructions
below, ensure that your printer is powered on.
