1 If you have a duplex model, open
the duplexer’s top cover.
If not, skip this section.
»Note:
Use two hands to open the
duplexer’s top cover to avoid twisting
its hinge.
2 Remove the jammed media by
pulling it toward you.
3 Close the duplexer’s top cover.
4 If there still is a jam message, open the media cassette.
5 Remove the jammed media by pulling it toward you.
6 Close the media cassette.
