5 Using a dry cotton cloth, clean any
toner buildup from around the clean-
ing blade.
 Caution: Don’t touch the edge of the
cleaning blade.
6 Clean any paper dust and toner
buildup found on the OPC belt car-
tridge itself.
 Caution: Handle the cartridge carefully. The belt is very sensitive to hand oils and
scratches, both of which reduce print quality.
7 Remove the corona wire cleaning brush from inside the front of the printer.
8 Turn the OPC belt cartridge so that the handle is facing away from you.
