1-VCAP & 4-VCAP
Wall-Mount Controllers
Crown VCAP panels are wall-mounted panels with potentiome-
ters that provide remote control of the volume of Crown CTs
amplifier channels via a VCA-MC4 or VCA-MC8 module
installed in the amplifier.
Two models are available: 1-VCAP and 4-VCAP.
1-VCAP: Used in conjunction with a VCA-MC
module, this is a 1-gang panel with one poten-
tiometer that provides remote volume control for
one or more CTs amplifier channels. The poten-
tiometer on the panel is wired directly to the
VCA connectors on the VCA-MC.
4-VCAP: This is a 2-gang panel with four
potentiometers that provide remote volume control for four or
more CTs amplifier channels. The potentiometers on the panel
are wired directly to the VCA connectors on the VCA-MC.

These accessory modules provide a cost effective way to add alter-
native inputs to Micro-Tech, Power-Tech, Power Base and CSL
Series amplifiers. (Modules must be installed by an approved
Crown Factory Service Center.)
This module adds 3-pin female XLR input connectors in place of
the amplifier's back panel access cover.
This module adds barrier block input terminals in place of the
amplifier's back panel access cover.
