If your device supports voice calls over the internet (internet calls), activate both the internet calls and the cellular phone. SHARK User Manual Getting started Remove or install the battery cover This mobile phone is waterproof and therefore a screwdriver is necessary so as to open the battery compartment. There are two screws into the battery cover. Please use the screwdriver to turn the screws at left direction for opening the cover. To install the battery cover, aim at the opposite direction. Attention: Please make sure the two screws are tightened up when power on, or the waterproof capability of the phone will be affected.

SHARK User Manual Select your operator so as to be able to connect to WAP services: o Go to MENU, SERVICES, INTERNET SERVICE, SETTINGS, DATA ACCOUNT. Select your SIM card operator from the list and press OK. If your SIM card operator does not appear on the list, you will need to set it manually so as to activate MMS and WAP services. Access codes The security code, supplied with the phone, helps to protect your phone against unauthorised use. The preset code is 1234.
SHARK User Manual Basic function Quick access to some menus Please the navigation keys for quick access to the desired menus. You can change the desired menus following the path: Menu > Settings > Phone settings > Dedicated keys. Press left soft key (LSK) to access main menu. Press right soft key (RSK) to access the names and numbers saved in phonebook. Press the call key once to access the list of all calls. Scroll to the name or number that you want. To call the number, press the call key.

Confirm this selection, and then the phone will appear as a removable disk on your PC. You can check the files saved in your phone, and remove or copy the files between the phone and the PC. Note – A micro SD card (not provided) is required so as to take photos or to store data on your device.

SHARK User Manual Phonebook You can store phone numbers on your SIM card and in your phone’s memory. The SIM card and phone’s memory are physically separate, but they are used as a single entity called Phonebook. To access this menu, press Menu in idle mode and select Phonebook or press right soft key (RSK) key to enter Phone book. Search names and numbers saved in the Phonebook - Scroll down in the standby mode, and enter the first letter of the name. Scroll to the name that you want.

Security settings • SIM card security: input PIN code (provided with the SIM card) to set SIM card lock or unlock. This phone is default by unlock. The phone requires entering SIM card password when SIM card is locked. PIN code supplied by operator, if incorrect 3 times, it will require to input PUK code.
SHARK User Manual Paring your phone with other Bluetooth device: • Make sure the 2 devices are both with Bluetooth function switch‐on. • Enter My device menu to choose “search new device” or enter Search audio device if paring a Bluetooth headset or speaker. Then the Bluetooth devices would show. Press “cancel” to return to the Discovered device list. Then choose the device you want to pair with and press left soft key to confirm pair. • The phone may require passcode.

Inside the menu, you can choose Option in the preview mode to have the following options: Photos, Camera Settings, Image Settings, White balance, Scene mode, Effect Settings, Storage and Restore default. Press left soft key to confirm to access electric book interface, you can select open Ebook, clean up bookshelf, global settings, book info, delete, delete all files, sort by , apply global settings and help. SHARK User Manual Cannot send a MMS or cannot access the internet The first time you are using this phone, or if you have changed your operator, you will need to select your operator name before being able to send MMS (Multimedia Message) or connect to the internet (WAP service).
