EMERGENCY CALLS
In the event of an emergency, if the phone is switched on and you are in the network
coverage area, it can be used to make an emergency call. However, emergency numbers
may not be accessible on all networks. You should never rely on your phone to make
emergency calls.
RECOMMENDATIONS TO REDUCE THE USER'S EXPOSURE TO
RADIATION
Use your mobile phone in areas covered by your network to reduce the amount of
radiation received (in particular in underground car parks or during train and car
journeys).
Use your phone when there is good reception (i.e. : maximum number of bars for the
network).
Use a hands-free kit.
During calls, keep the phone away from the tummy of pregnant women and the lower
abdomen of teenagers.
Children and adolescents should use mobile phones reasonably by avoiding night-time
communication and limiting the frequency and duration of calls.
