1. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown pork
tenderloin 4 to 6 minutes on each side. Stir broth into cornstarch
in small bowl until smooth. Place pork, broth mixture, brown
sugar, soy sauce, lemon juice, wine, garlic, ground mustard and
Worcestershire sauce in CROCK-POT
®
slow cooker. Cover; cook
on LOW 4 hours.
2. Stir potatoes into CROCK-POT
®
slow cooker; turn tenderloin.
Cover; cook on LOW 2 hours. Garnish with parsley.
