pork spareribs, cut into
1- or 2-rib portions
Salt and black pepper

low-sodium soy sauce

honey

ground ginger

cornstarch
1. Heat large skillet over medium-high heat. Season ribs with salt and
pepper. Add ribs in batches; cook 3 to 5 minutes or until browned
on both sides. Remove to CROCK-POT
®
slow cooker.
2. Combine soy sauce, honey, sherry, garlic and ginger in small bowl;
pour over ribs. Cover; cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours.
3. Turn CROCK-POT
®
slow cooker to HIGH. Remove ribs to large
serving platter. Stir water into cornstarch in small bowl until smooth.
Whisk into CROCK-POT
®
slow cooker. Cook, uncovered, on HIGH
5 to 10 minutes or until sauce begins to thicken. Return ribs to
thickened sauce; stir to coat.
