1.Open the frame up and push the handle up until the frame
is fully open, you should hear a " click " .
2.lnsert the front wheel into the front
foot tube, as shown in the drawing.
3. To assemble the rear wheel ,
slide these items in this order:
washer, wheel, washer and cotter
pin. O nce all is on, snap the wheel
rim into place.
4. Insert the rear wheel into the rear
foot tube as shown until secure.
