To record your Voicemail Greeting in your own voice
STEPS
1) Click the radio button next to the Call me and record option. A Number box appears
where you will enter the phone number where you wish to be called in
2) order to make the recording
3) Enter the your extension or a 10-digit direct dial number (always include the Area Code;
no preceding “1” is necessary) then click the Call Me button to initiate the call (you will
automatically be returned to the Settings screen while you wait for the call)
4) You will receive a call at the number you specified. When you answer the phone, you
will hear recording prompts beginning with: "This is the Crexendo Call Back Agent”
5) Press the 1 key to record your greeting
Other Recording Options:
o Press 1 to listen to the recording you made. If you are unhappy with the
recording
o Press 3 to delete and re-record
o Press 2 to Save the recording
