Section 6: Logging In to the Crexendo Web Portal
In order to make changes from within the Crexendo Web Portal you must first log in. You do
that by going to Crexendo’s website www.crexendotelecom.com
. Click the “Login” link at the
top of the page. You will be taken to the Keychain which controls the login process and
security for the Crexendo Web Portal.
New User?
If this is the first time you are logging into the Web Portal, you will need to register by adding a
login email address and designating a personal password. Once you have registered, you will
simply log in as a Returning User going forward.
STEPS:
You will have been given a License number and
a password by your System Administrator. Type
in the license number and password and click
the Continue button.
Register: In the Register screen you will enter
the email address and password that you will
use to log into the Web Portal going forward.
STEPS:
1) Enter your email address in the Email
box.
2) Enter a new password in the
Password box to replace the system-
generated one you entered before
3) Re-enter the same password in the
Confirm field
