Troubleshooting
The following table provides corrective action for possible trouble
situations. If further assistance is required, please contact a Crestron

dirty.
Remove the touch
screen and clean the
contacts.
The internal battery
cannot retain a
charge.
Undock the touch
screen and replace
the internal battery.
The internal
battery of the
touch screen
does not
recharge.
The PWR
connector is not
secure.
Remove the touch
screen and check
that the connector is
secure.
Incorrect power
supply.
Use a Crestron
power supply with
sufficient power.
