Troubleshooting
The following table provides corrective action for possible trouble situations. If

Bad shield or no shield on
Sonnex cable connecting
SWAMP-24X8 and
peripheral device.
Ensure continuity and
integrity of shield on both
ends of the Sonnex
cable.
Loss of functionality
due to electrostatic
discharge.
Improper grounding.
Check that all ground
connections have been
made properly.
Signal is incorrectly routed. Reroute the signal.
Incorrect audio
signal.
Zone is incorrectly bussed
with other zone(s).
Remove zone from bus.
Check Wiring
To ensure optimum performance over the full range of your installation topology,
use Crestron Certified Wire. Failure to do so may incur additional charges if support
is required to identify performance deficiencies because of using improper wire.
