• Use the selection knob to select the number of rooms that will be connected
to the AMS through an AAE. To cancel and return to the Installer Tools
menu, press MENU.
• To confirm, press the ENTER button and return to the Distributed Audio
menu.
Name AMS Rooms
This screen allows you to customize the displayed name of rooms connected to the
AMS.
• Open Installer Tools as described on page 41, select Configure Distributed
Audio, and press the ENTER button.
• Turn the selection knob to select Name AMS Rooms, and press the
ENTER button.

• Turn the selection knob to select the room to be named and press the soft
button labeled Edit (or press the ENTER button). To cancel and return to
the Installer Tools menu, press MENU.
• To use one of the factory-installed names, turn the selection knob clockwise
or counterclockwise to display the desired room name and press ENTER.
• To enter a custom name, turn the selection knob until [Custom Name] is
displayed and press ENTER.
