The following terms are used to denote specific speakers:
• FL: Front-Left speaker in theater room
• FR: Front-Right speaker in theater room
• C: Center Channel speaker in theater room
• S: Powered subwoofer in the theater room
• SL: Surround-Left speaker in the theater room
• SR: Surround-Right speaker in the theater room
• BL: Back-Left speaker in the theater room
• BR: Back-Right speaker in the theater room
• BC: Back-Channel speaker in the theater room (6.1 configuration only)
• R1L: Room one, left channel (speaker connectors only)
• R1R: Room one, right channel (speaker connectors only)
• R2L: Room two, left channel (speaker connectors only)
• R2R: Room two, right channel (speaker connectors only)
• R3L: Room three, left channel (speaker connectors only)
• R3R: Room three, right channel (speaker connectors only)
• R4L: Room four, left channel (speaker connectors only)
• R4R: Room four, right channel (speaker connectors only)
• R5L: Room five, left channel
• R5R: Room five, right channel
• R5M: Room five, mono channel
• R6M: Room six, mono channel
