6. Disconnect the programming cable and the external power pack from
the touchpanel.
7. Close the Viewport, exit VT Pro-e, and disconnect the programming
cable from the PC and the control system.
Firmware Upgrade
A firmware upgrade file has the
extension .csf.
To take advantage of all the available features, it is important that the unit contains
the latest firmware. Please check the Crestron website for the latest version of
firmware. Not every product has a firmware upgrade, but as Crestron improves
functions, adds new features, and extends the capabilities of its products, firmware
upgrades are posted. To upgrade the ST-1550C firmware, complete the following
steps.
1. Make sure that “Communication Settings” that begins on page 24 has
been performed.
2. As shown below, select File Transfer | Update Touchpanel
Firmware from the Viewport menu.
Select Update Touchpanel Firmware
3. As shown on the next page, select the network ID of the ST-1550C and
then click OK.
