Correct issue that could cause SIMPL Windows to crash if a device in the SIMPL Windows library files was marked
with a default device extender.
On the "Goto Selected Item" dialog, when the programmer selects the "By Item Number" radio button, focus will go
to the data entry box and, when the programmer selects the "First occurrence of Cue Name that contains text"
radio button, focus will go to the data entry box such that there are fewer clicks required.
