This message is issued from the "Soft Reset (RESET1)" symbol if it
was unable to restart the program for any reason.
RomAppendFile: FILE
SYSTEM IS
CORRUPTED.
During a program bypass, the system discovered an invalid file
system. The user MUST run the “INITIALIZE” command from the
console to restore the file system.
