Configuring Camera Tampering Detection Settings
To configure camera tampering detection settings, click Configuration on the
CEN-NVS200 home page and then click Camera Tampering Detection in the
column on the left side of the page. The “Camera tampering detection” configuration
page opens.
With tampering detection, the camera is capable of detecting incidents such as
redirection, blocking, defocusing or even spray paint.

1. Check Enable camera tampering detection.
2. Enter the tamper trigger duration (10 600 seconds). The tamper alarm is
triggered only when the tampering factor (the difference between current
frame and pre-saved background) exceeds the trigger threshold.
3. Set up the event source as Camera Tampering Detection on the “Event
Settings” page (refer to “Configuring Event, Server and Media Settings
which starts on page 62).
