Introduction
Features and Functions
The numeric (C2N-DBN12) and function (C2N-DBF12) Decorator Wall
Panels are wall-mounted single-gang user interfaces that can be part of a
Crestron
®
solution total control system. The panels are standard Cresnet
®
devices, and provide finger-tip control when the control system is
properly programmed using SIMPL Windows, Application Builder or
D3 Pro software. Each of these panels is available in three colors:
almond, black, and white. The letter at the end of the product name, ‘A’,
‘B’, or ‘W’, denotes the color (e.g., a C2N-DBN12A is an almond
numeric panel.) For simplicity within this guide, the letter designating
color is omitted. Since the internal functions of the wall panels are
identical, all references in this guide to either unit apply equally to both,
except where noted.
The C2N-DBF12 serves as a source keypad. The C2N-DBN12 can be
used to expand the capabilities of the source keypad, and is ideal for
audio device functions such as selecting a particular CD track number or
a certain CD from a CD changer.
NOTE: Wall panels can also be mounted in multi-gang electrical boxes.
