To solve this problem:
1. Click Start -> Settings -> Control Panel.
2. In the Control Panel window, double-click the AudioHQ icon.
3. In the AudioHQ window, double-click the Device Controls icon.
4. Click the Sampling Rate tab.
5. Click the required sampling rate from the Digital Output Sampling Rate list.
