The 'Connect To' window appears. Type in the User name and Password that you have set up
with your DSL Service Provider. Click OK.
Enter your User name and Password in the field.
Check both boxes below and click OK to complete the DUN setup.
Congratulations! Your Creative DSL PCI 7430 Internet connection in Windows NT 4.0 is
now established!
