To solve the problem:
1. In Surround Mixer’s Mixer deck, make sure the source bein

pla

ed is unmuted, that is, enabled.
2. Select the same source as the record source.
For example, if

ou are pla

ames or movies, in Surround Mixer, unmute the Auxiliar

device
and select the Auxiliar
y
device as
y
our record source.

o to Surround Mixer and unmute

our active sources.

• Speakers are correctl

• You have unmuted the correct source in Surround Mixer.
If both these conditions have been met and
