Setup

Step 1: Inserting the battery

1. Push the Open switch to the

right. The cover pops open.

2. Insert the battery into your player.

3. Position the hooks of cover over the openings

as shown in Figure 1.

4. Press the cover gently to snap it shut.

Subsequent recharging should take 1–3 hours typically. Power socket 1. Connect your player to the wall outlet as shown in Figure 2. Your player turns on. 2. Check the battery icon to see when the battery is fully charged.

Windows automatically detects the device and installs the necessary drivers. Go to Start -> Programs/All Programs -> Creative -> Creative MediaSource -> Creative MediaSource Organizer. Click the Show/Hide Right Panel button. In the Sources window, select the PC Music Library as your source.

Figure 4 Music Library Scroll Select this option to browse all music tracks in your player or to locate a music track quickly. Selected Music Scroll Select this option to get to the Selected Music List screen. On this screen, you can view all tracks selected for play back. Scroll Select Collapse or Expand to view or hide music tracks in an album.
