1. Click
Start
->
Settings
->
Control Panel
.
2. Double-click the
Add/Remove Programs
icon.
The
Add/Remove Programs Properties
dialog
box similar to Figure 4-2 appears.
3. Click the
Install/Uninstall
tab.
4. Click
Creative Modem Blaster V.92 PCI DI5631
from the list, and then click the
Add/Remove
button.
5. Turn off your computer and remove the modem
card from your system
