• Failed to launch Multimedia Properties. Check if application is
installed.
Action
Make sure that CONTROL.EXE exists in the Windows
directory and MMSYS.CPL exists in the Windows system
directory. If not, you may want to reinstall your Windows.
The player can still run without these files.
