Check volume level:
l The volume of Sound Blaster Free is at the appropriate level.
l Master volume and mute icon on the software is at the appropriate level.
l The appropriate channel(s) and output types on the Mixer settings interface is not 0.
5. What are the types of microSD cards supported?
All microSD, microSDHC and microSDXC cards up to 64GB are supported for audio playback. For
recording, we recommend that you use Class 4 microSDor microSDHC cards.
6. Some of my music files on the microSD card cannot be played back.
Ensure that the media files being played back are in MP3, WAV or FLAC format.
For optimal playback, you are not advised to store more than 999 music files in each folder on your
microSD card. Reorganize files into different folders so that all your music files can be played back.
7. Unable to playback audio recordings.
Please wait for a while. Playback of audio recordings sometimes do not start immediately.
