Assembly Instructions:
1. Measure and mark the locations for your Swing Hangers
in the center of the 3-1/2’’ surface of your Swing Beam.
Make certain swing hangers will be a minimum 8’’ from
other swing accessories, structural elements and/or
existing swing hangers. Measure 8’’ from the center of
each swing hanger.
2. Place Swing Hanger on the underside of the beam as
shown in (Fig. 1).
3. Using the Swing Hanger as a template, mark holes and
drill a 5/16’’ hole at each mark through the beam at a 90°
angle from the beam face.
4. Center Beam Clamps over the holes drilled in previous
step, on the opposite side from the face you drilled.
Attach Beam Clamps using (4) 1-1/4’’ Wood Screws, as
shown in (Fig. 1).
5. Insert (1) Carriage Bolt through each Beam Clamp,
tapping in place with a hammer so that it is fully seated
into the square hole in the Beam Clamp.
6. Attach Swing Hangers over the protruding end of the bolt
on the underside of the beam, securing in place using
(2) Washers, (2) Lock Nuts per Swing Hanger. Tighten
all hardware securely.
7. Attach (1) Swing Accessory Chain into each Quick Link,
(As shown in your accessory plans), and tighten securely
with an appropriate wrench.

Note: If the Swing Hangers are to be attached to
a 4’’ x 4’’ Swing Beam, cut Carriage Bolts to a length
of 4-1/2’’ and le the ends to remove sharp edges.
