Size in bytes of RomShadowAddress.
Description
This function loads a traditional PC-AT OpROM on the PciHandle device and returns
information about how many disks were added by the OpROM and the shadow address
and size.
DiskStart and DiskEnd are INT13h drive letters. Thus 0x80 is C:.
