SPA BATH CABINET ASSEMBLY right side panel top panel left side panel 1 With the assistance of another adult, place left and right side panels onto a clean, padded surface. Insert 10 cam screws and 4 wood dowels into left and right side panels as shown. Secure cam screws with a phillips head screwdriver. NOTE: Make sure arrow on cam points toward nearest edge with holes 2 Insert 4 wood dowels into top panel as shown.

B) Fit dowels of door crossbar into corresponding holes of door top panel. With a phillips head screwdriver, turn cam clockwise until it securely engages cam screw.

SPA BATH CABINET top panel slat shelf NOTE: Do not over tighten the bolts 9 Fit dowels of top panel into corresponding holes of assembled unit. Secure top panel with 4 large bolts, 4 spring washers and 4 flat washers using a screwdriver. Do not over tighten the bolts. 10 Attach 2 slat shelves to assembled unit as shown. Secure each shelf with 4 small bolts using a screwdriver.

SPA BATH CABINET hinge plate door hinge adjustable shelf door assembly 13 Fit door hinges of door assembly into hinge plates of assembled unit as shown. Secure with 2 hinge bolts using a screwdriver. 14 Fit adjustable shelf onto shelf pins in assembled unit. Make sure shelf is securely supported onto each shelf pin. Assembly is now complete. HINGE ADJUSTMENT If the doors do not appear square or aligned, loosen or tighten the appropriate screws on each case hinge as illustrated.
