6 With the assistance of another adult, attach front
frame to assembled unit with 6 bolt, 6 spring washers,
and 6 flat washers as shown.
7 Attach 4 feet to bottom panel with 1 bolt, 1 spring
washer, and 1 flat washer per foot as shown.

5 Remove frame support from front frame as shown.
With a screwdriver, turn pre-attached screws
counter-clockwise to detach and discard.

8 Attach assembled unit to bottom panel assembly with 9
bolts, 9 spring washers, and 9 flat washers as shown.
