1 A) Insert 2 cam screws into left side panel as
shown. Secure with a Phillips head screwdriver,
but do not over tighten cam screws. Repeat step for
right side panel.
B) Insert 4 cams in holes located on bottom panel.
Make sure arrows on each cam point towards nearest
edge with holes.
2 Attach left and right side panels onto bottom
panel and shelf panel by aligning cam screws on
bottom panel and dowels on shelf panel with
corresponding holes. Secure shelf panel with 4
bolts, 4 spring washers, and 4 flat washers using a
Phillips head screwdriver.
3 A) Secure cams using a Phillips head
screwdriver. Turn each cam clockwise until it
securely engages each cam screw.
B) Attach center support to bottom panel on
assembled unit as shown with 2 bolts, 2 spring
washers, and 2 flat washers. Secure with a Phillips
head screwdriver.
C) Insert 2 cams into remaining holes located on
bottom panel. Make sure arrows on each cam point
towards nearest edge with holes.
4 A) Insert 2 cam screws into front frame as shown.
Secure with a Phillips head screwdriver.
B) With assistance of another adult, carefully fit front
frame onto assembled unit by aligning cam screws with
corresponding holes. Secure with 4 bolts, 4 spring
washers, and 4 flat washers using a Phillips head
screwdriver.
C) Secure cams using a Phillips head screwdriver.
Turn each cam clockwise until it securely engages each
cam screw.
