3 Attach 1 pole insert with axle to left leg
assembly as shown. Make sure spring pin of left
leg assembly securely engages hole of pole insert
with axle.
B) Attach 1 pole insert to right leg assembly.
Make sure spring pin of right leg assembly
securely engages hole of pole insert.

4 A) Attach 1 pole sleeve to pole insert with axle
as shown. Make sure spring pin of pole insert with
axle securely engages hole of pole sleeve.
B) Attach 1 pole sleeve to pole insert as shown.
Make sure spring pin of pole insert securely engages
hole of pole sleeve.
C) Attach 1 wheel with 1 washer and 1 axle cap
onto axle as shown. Secure wheel by lighting tapping
axle cap with a rubber mallet.
Repeat for remaining wheel.

D) Insert 1 hook into
each hole of pole
sleeve as shown.
Make sure hooks are
parallel to pole.
