SAFETY WARNINGS:
• For outdoor use only
• Outdoor fireplaces are only to be installed a minimum of 20ft from building walls, overhangs,
trees, etc.
• To prevent personal injury, death, burns or property damage, carefully monitor all activity and
alert all persons in vicinity of burning outdoor fireplaces of the dangers and safety precautions
associated with open flat fireplaces. Do not use outdoor fireplaces where alcoholic beverages are
being consumed.
• To avoid fire hazards never leave a burning outdoor fireplace unattended
• Use with extreme care and at your own risk
Strictly for wood burning; not intended for use as a grill or for food preparation
• Place outdoor fireplace out of the way of pedestrian traffic, trees and tree branches
• Do not place outdoor fireplace where flames could ignite combustible materials such as roof overhangs
wooden structures, fuel, clothing and fabrics or dry vegetation
• Never use gasoline, kerosene, alcohol or other flammable fuel in or around the outdoor fireplace
• Do not use it near gasoline or other flammable liquids, gases or where flammable vapors may be
present
• Keep children, pets, loose clothing and hair safely away from outdoor fireplace to prevent personal
injury or possible death
• Do not allow children to use or play near outdoor fireplace
• The metal surface can get very hot, use caution when handling the fireplace after use
• Never move the outdoor fireplace when in use or immediately after use
• Do not touch flame or outdoor fireplace when in use
• Please check with your local fire municipality or authority on any restrictions of use
• Do not overfill pan with wood such that it extends the edges of the pan - Cover must rest completely on
the pan, not the wood
• Place outdoor fireplace on a firm, level ground or surface
• It is advised that a fire extinguisher be on hand
• Refer to local authority to determine proper size and type of fire extinguisher
• Do not use during windy conditions
• Do not use outdoor fireplace for other than its intended purpose
• Do not attempt to service or modify fireplace other than normal maintenance as explained in the
“Cleaning and Care” section

ADHERE TO THE SAFETY WARNINGS AND GUIDELINES COULD RESULT IN BODILY INJURY OR
