1 Place seat upside down onto a clean, padded surface

as shown. Place 2 rubber washers onto seat as shown.

Make sure arrow on adjuster points toward the front edge of the seat. Secure seat adjuster with 2 small bolts as shown, using an allen wrench. B) Secure seat adjuster to seat with 2 large bolts as shown. 3 A) Firmly press fit the stems of 5 casters into holes on the underside of the base.
