1 A) Place bottom panel onto a clean, padded surface.
Attach 4 legs to bottom panel with 2 large bolts, 2
spring washers and 2 large flat washers per leg as
shown. Secure, but do not over tighten, bolts using an
allen wrench.
B) Attach 1 support leg to bottom panel with 2 small
bolts, 2 spring washers and 2 small flat washers as
shown, using a phillips head screwdriver.
2 A) With assistance of another adult, position bottom
panel as shown. Attach left and right side panels to
bottom panel with 3 large screws per side as shown.
Secure, but do not over tighten, screws using a phillips
head screwdriver.
B) Attach left and right partitions to bottom panel with 2
large screws as shown.
3 Fit pre-assembled dowels of left/right side panels
and partitions into corresponding holes of top panel.
Attach top panel to left/right side panels and partition
with 8 small bolts, 8 spring washers and 8 small flat
washers as shown, using a screwdriver.
4 With the assistance of another adult, position
assembled unit upright. Attach front frame to assembled
unit with 12 small bolts, 12 spring washers and 12
small flat washers as shown, using a screwdriver.
NOTE: Do not over
tighten the bolts
