ELLIS FOUR DRAWER CHEST

1 With the assistance of another adult, carefully lay
back panel on padded surface. Fit left and right side
panel onto back panel by aligning pre-assembled
dowels with corresponding holes. Secure with 8
bolts, 8 spring washers, and 8 flat washers, using a
Phillips head screwdriver but do not over tighten.
2 Carefully fit front frame onto assembled unit by
aligning dowels with corresponding holes. As shown,
secure front frame with 8 bolts, 8 spring washers,
and 8 flat washers using a Phillips head
screwdriver.
3 Carefully place assembled unit upright. Fit top
panel onto assembled unit by aligning dowels with
corresponding holes. Secure top panel with 10
bolts, 10 spring washers, and 10 flat washers using
a Phillips head screwdriver.
4 Attach the drawer left side panel to the small
drawer front panel and drawer back panel with 4
screws. Secure with a Phillips head screwdriver.

NOTE: Do not over

drawer slides face out and
towards the back
4 Attach the small drawer side panel to the small drawer front
panel and small drawer back panel with 4 short wood screws.
Make sure the wheels
face towards
the front.
