1 Attach left and right side frames to back frame with 4

large bolts as shown. Secure, but do not over tighten,

bolts with an allen wrench. At this point, cover exposed

bolts with 4 bolt caps.

2 Attach front frame to side frames with 4 large bolts as

shown. Cover exposed bolts with 4 bolt caps.

3 A) With assistance of another adult, position unit upright.

Remove 4 small bolts (pre-installed) from assembled unit

with a phillips head screwdriver.

B) Align hole in pin on wheel with hole in front/back

frames, and secure with 1 small bolt, using a screwdriver.

Make sure wheel is securely engaged by bolt. Repeat

steps for remaining 3 wheels.

4 A) Place small tray and cup tray onto corresponding

bottom ledges of assembly as shown. Make sure trays are

securely supported by each ledge.

B) Place large tray onto corresponding top ledges of

assembly as shown. Assembly is now complete.
